Administrative & Financial Lead/Manager

Unofficially:

I run the practical admin + money operations that keep the office moving — records, payments, and timely updates. I’m also the one corralling the chaos when priorities stack up, so things stay on track and deadlines are met.

How I got here:

Years in administrative and financial operations trained me to manage complex tasks with detail and care– and to stay accurate, even when it’s a lot at once.

My ethos:

Small improvements make a big difference.

Unofficially:

I keep the money side clean and organized, so the team always knows what’s real. Ten properties is a lot of moving pieces! I make sure the numbers all add up and stay easy to work with by organizing and streamlining complex workflows until they feel simple.

How I got here:

It’s been a fun journey, from statistical analysis to banking to running my own shoe company — and eventually into finance and treasury leadership. In every position, I’ve brought the same focus: analysis, creativity, and a constant itch to improve the system.

My ethos:

Always deliver polished work, whether it's a financial report, a payment confirmation, or a strategic email.

My go-to pick-me-up:

Spending time outdoors (Buenos Aires is gorgeous!), doing pilates, playing padel, basically anything active! But what I enjoy the most is traveling with my family and discovering new places.

Controller
Officially:

I’m a controller for the investment portfolios.

Unofficially:

I’m the one keeping the numbers clean and on time, so decisions are based on reality, with no second guessing. I run financial processes that stay clear and reliable and triple-checked when there’s lots of moving parts, because accuracy and timing are what build trust with investors and management.

How I got here:

I spent seven years at Deloitte, which sharpened my analytical skills and gave me a detail-driven, results-first mindset. After that, I worked independently and in controller/consulting roles supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and family operations.

My ethos:

If the info isn’t accurate and on time, the decision suffers.

My go-to pick-me-up:

I’m a padel enthusiast and really enjoy playing in my free time. I’m the captain of the club where I live, and I love organizing events that foster social connections lasting over time.

Officially:

I manage multiple commercial properties — facilities, leases, rent collection, light AP, TI projects, and general building repairs.
